If the Rights of Humans, as a species, do no suffice, perhaps the Rights of Nature will

Isn’t that an interesting question? By Human rights do we only mean the Rights of individual humans ? Or also those of Humans as a species? And can the rights of Humans as a species, the Humanity, be distinguished from those of our planet, of the Earth, of Nature?
