What Bloomberg doesn’t say: the Biden’s neocons did all they could to that effect. They pressured Russia into invading Ukraine, to tightly keep the EU in NATO’s fold. Real target of the neocons’ tactics not Russia, but the EU! But in the long term, even a Great Wall won’t be able to change geography: Europe, Russia, China are on the same continental mass. Roads, routes will continue to be built the Eastern and Western ends of Eurasia, and exchanges will develop. Unless the neocons go mad and blow the planet, and themselves up.
