Adjectives coined by Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney, to qualify the 5 countries of Western Europe which refused (Old Europe) to follow the US and the UK in their chase after WMD in Irak. « New Europe » they used to refer to the Eastern European countries that accepted to oblige.
